Return Policy

Ready to Ship items: 

These items are Free Returns as long as they have NOT been worn, washed or torn up in any way. You must also email us at so we can process your free return. IF you choose to send it back to us without emailing us first then reserves the right to not cover the return shipping. This means you will be responsible for the return shipping if you do not email us first. Once we receive your return we will inspect it and approve or deny your refund based on the quality of your return. If your refund is approved, you will receive your money with in 3-5 business days. If it is denied due to worn, washed or torn up, we will send back the item to you. None of this refers to Personalized items, Please see the description below if you purchased any of our personalized items. 


Personalized Items: 

We take pride in our work. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. This is why we take pre-cautions to make sure you are completely satisfied prior to mailing your personalized item. Some of these pre-cautions include (but not limited too) emailing or Facebook messaging you to get the details of your personalization, sending you a mock up you must approve prior to us starting the work, a signed approval that you do approve and understand our return policy, and/or pictures of the final product. Since we do all this prior to shipping to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, None of our personalized items are returnable. All personalized purchases are final. IF you choose to send us the item back you will not receive a refund. Since it is personalized we are unable to resale it and there for is not returnable. Again, we want you to love your personalized item(s) and we do go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase prior to shipping it to you.
